Startup Sparks is a hands-on, future-focused entrepreneurship programme for young New Zealanders aged 16 to 25 who want to turn Internet-based ideas into real businesses. Whether it’s a digital product, service, platform, or creative project, we help young entrepreneurs validate their ideas, build basic business skills, and launch with confidence.

Through intensive bootcamps, 1:1 mentoring, and pitch competitions, participants gain the experience and support they need to move from idea to execution. The programme also includes access to startup toolkits, business templates, and introductions to potential investors. At the Liz Dengate Thrush Foundation, we’re passionate about helping the next generation of Kiwi innovators build their future online.
